What these product coaching sessions are about
This product coaching is for situations where responsibility is high and certainty is low.
It supports individuals and teams who:
Want to feel more confident in their decisions and direction,
Sense that their product work could be stronger, but struggle to
name whyOperate in complex environments with competing demands,
Or are expected to “think like product people” without enough support.
The focus is not motivation or mindset work.
It is about confidence through clarity, better judgement, and stronger product thinking in real situations.
Product coaching formats
I offer product coaching in two main formats, depending on the challenge and context.

How I approach product coaching
When I talk about product coaching, I do not mean classic ICF-style coaching.
Depending on the situation and topic, the work is a deliberate mix of:
sparring and sense-making,
mentoring and experience-based guidance,
teaching product practices and mental models,
challenging assumptions and decisions,
and, when useful, classic coaching techniques.
The approach adapts to:
the person or team,
the concrete situation they are in,
and the topic they are dealing with at that moment.
There is no fixed script. The work follows what actually matters.
What product coaching helps with
Product coaching typically supports work around:
gaining confidence in product leadership and decision-making
navigating sandwich roles and increased responsibility
connecting strategy, outcomes, and execution
moving from output-heavy delivery to outcome-oriented product work
strengthening discovery, evidence, and metrics in everyday practice
making trade-offs explicit and decisions more deliberate
The goal is not to provide answers, but to help people think more clearly and act with confidence.
