Sounds familiar?

You’re expected to lead others and deliver as an individual contributor, often at the same time.

  • You’ve stepped into a Lead PM, Group PM, or Head of Product role and feel unsure what “good” actually looks like.

  • You’re the only product manager in the company and have no internal sparring partner.

  • You carry responsibility for decisions, strategy, or change, but have no neutral space to think things through.

  • You’re helping your organisation move towards a more product-oriented way of working and feel the pressure to get it right.

If any of this resonates, the issue is rarely a lack of capability. It’s a lack of space, perspective, and sparring.

Here’s how I can support you

This is 1:1 coaching for experienced product professionals and leaders who need a trusted sparring partner.

The coaching creates a confidential space to:

  • Clarify thinking,

  • Challenge assumptions,

  • Strengthen decision-making,

  • Build confidence in how you lead and influence.

Depending on your situation, I work with you as:

  • A sparring partner to sharpen judgement and decisions,

  • A mentor to navigate a new or ambiguous role,

  • Or a thinking partner for product strategy and organisational change.

There is no fixed agenda. The coaching adapts to your context, responsibilities, and the challenges you are facing right now.

What We’ll Focus On

The focus depends on your role and situation, but often includes:

  • Navigating sandwich roles and conflicting expectations

  • Building confidence in leadership and product decisions

  • Clarifying responsibilities, priorities, and boundaries

  • Developing product strategy and connecting it to execution

  • Strengthening stakeholder communication and influence

  • Thinking through organisational change towards a product model

  • Sense-checking plans, ideas, and decisions before acting

The goal is not to provide answers, but to help you see more clearly and decide more confidently.

Who's it for?

This is for:

  • Lead PMs, Group PMs, Principal PMs, and Senior PMs in sandwich roles

  • New Heads of Product in small or growing organisations

  • Solo product managers or first PMs in a company

  • Product leaders, founders, and change leads shaping product organisations

It is not:

  • career coaching,

  • performance management,

  • or coaching for junior product managers.

A minimum level of responsibility and real decision pressure is required.

How it works

Coaching happens in a 1:1 setting, typically in regular sessions over a longer period.

We work on:

  • Your real challenges,

  • Your current decisions,

  • Your specific organisational context.

Sessions are conversational, focused, and grounded in practice. Between sessions, insights are applied directly in day-to-day work. Everything discussed remains confidential.

My coaching packages

I offer three 1:1 coaching packages. All packages are designed as sparring and thinking partnerships, grounded in real product leadership work.

1. Structured 1:1 Coaching (Lightweight Package)

This is the most lightweight and structured coaching package I offer. It is designed for experienced product professionals who want focused sparring, clarity, and confidence without ongoing operational involvement.

What's included:

8 coaching sessions

1 initial empathy and context-setting session

1 final wrap-up and reflection session

Typical duration of several months

Asynchronous support between sessions

Asynchronous support covers:

light preparation or research for more complex topics,

ad-hoc questions via email, short guidance on concrete situations such as stakeholder communication or decision framing.

2. Monthly Coaching Retainer

This package is for leaders who want ongoing support and closer collaboration over time.

What's included:

Regular 1:1 sessions, typically every two weeks

Ongoing asynchronous support

A dedicated Slack channel for continuous exchange

Emergency calls when urgent situations arise

This setup allows for faster feedback loops and deeper engagement, especially during periods of increased responsibility or change.

3. Product Leadership Transformation Partnership

This package is designed for leaders driving or supporting a transition towards a product-oriented organisation, where decisions have long-term organisational impact.

What's included:

A longer-term partnership with a minimum commitment

Regular 1:1 leadership coaching sessions, typically every two weeks

Ongoing asynchronous support and emergency calls

A dedicated Slack channel for continuous exchange

In addition, this package includes:

A structured diagnostic phase to understand product practices, team setup, and leadership challenges

Optional sessions involving selected team members for targeted Q&A or sense-making

Context-specific guidance on organisational design, roles, and decision-making in a product operating model

This is not a delivery or consulting engagement. It is a leadership partnership focused on reducing transformation risk and enabling better decisions through deeper context and tailored support.

All packages are adapted to role, context, and needs.
Fit, expectations, and the right setup are clarified in an initial conversation.
